Rachael grew up surrounded by real estate with her father a town planner and successful property developer. She began her own career with one of Queensland’s award-winning real estate teams. With a decade of experience behind her, and time away from work devoted to family, she returned to the industry as Director of her own company.
Combining her love of tennis and real estate, SpinksCo Residential was launched catering to the prestige and tennis court home markets. By creating an exclusive data base of tennis court homes in the inner/mid city range, Rachael is able to offer a boutique service of sourcing and matching the right home with the right family.
Her personal commitment to focusing on a limited number of properties at any one time, has allowed Rachael to establish new service benchmarks in the industry.
